Beth leads grantmaking strategies and our work with communities.
An experienced nonprofit and business leader, Beth most recently served as president and CEO of YW Boston. There she cultivated key stakeholder relationships and implemented new programs to advance the mission to eliminate racism and empower women.
Prior to her tenure at YW Boston, Beth was vice president for operations at the Achievement Network. Earlier in her career, she worked at Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation, NeighborWorks America, The Urban Institute, Bank of America and as a professional basketball player.
Beth was honored with the Massachusetts Nonprofit Network Lifetime Award and the Girl Scouts of Eastern MA Leading Woman Award in 2023. She was named a Power 50 Movement Maker by the Boston Business Journal in 2021.
She currently serves on the Governor’s Council on Black Empowerment, Eastern Bank Board of Advisors, Museum of Fine Arts Board of Trustees, Third Sector New England Board of Directors, and as advisor to the Boston Women’s Workforce Council.
Beth holds a master’s in business administration from Columbia Business School and a bachelor of arts in economics from Harvard-Radcliffe College.
