Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan announce more than $6.8 million in grants from its philanthropic arm, the Point32Health Foundation

Canton, MA — Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan today announced 39 grants totaling $6,845,000 through its philanthropic arm, the Point32Health Foundation. The grants will support community organizations in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

These investments support coalitions and organizations that improve conditions for older adults and help build thriving, healthier communities for all ages.

“Point32Health is committed to making the communities where we live and work great places to grow up and grow old,” said Kristin Lewis, president of the Point32Health Foundation and executive vice president of Point32Health. “These grants will advance community-led solutions and create environments where we can all thrive as we age.”

The grants will be provided to the following nonprofit organizations:
