Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan supporting 24 organizations through its philanthropic arm, the Point32Health Foundation

Canton, MA Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan today announced 24 grants totaling nearly $1.8 million through its philanthropic arm, the Point32Health Foundation. The grants will support community organizations in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

The general operating grants support coalitions and organizations that advance community-led initiatives to drive civic engagement and improve health outcomes.

“These investments strengthen organizations that lead with community voices and priorities,” said Kristin Lewis, president of the Point32Health Foundation and executive vice president of Point32Health. “By investing in their missions, we can help create lasting, transformative change across the communities we serve.”

The grants will be provided to the following nonprofit organizations:
