Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan Announce Technical Assistance Grants to Current Grantees from its Philanthropic Arm, the Point32Health Foundation

Canton, MA Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan today announced 25 grants totaling $500,000 through its philanthropic arm, the Point32Health Foundation. The grants will provide additional funding to organizations already in the Foundation’s portfolio in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

Selected grantees will receive a $20,000 technical assistance grant to strengthen organizational capacity. Funds are intended to strengthen internal systems and implement strategies that reinforce long-term effectiveness and community impact.

“This grantmaking opportunity demonstrates the Foundation’s commitment to grantees to help solve unique challenges faced across the nonprofit sector,” said Kristin Lewis, president of the Point32Health Foundation and executive vice president of Point32Health. “With this funding, we are responding to communities’ most urgent and evolving needs.”

Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness (Connecticut)

Full Plates Full Potential (Maine)

Massachusetts Association for Mental Health (Massachusetts)

Southside Community Land Trust (Rhode Island)

Way Finders (Massachusetts)
