Protective Support Fund for Older People: To support a collaboration providing counseling, remediation and monitoring to older people diagnosed with hoarding behavior who are at risk physically, mentally or in danger of becoming homeless. Momentum Fund award supports clean-up supplies. A Momentum Fund grant for early-stage age-friendly and/or dementia-friendly work. Tufts Health Plan Foundation grant.
